A security deposit of $250 is required via the Resolution Center within 24hrs of your booking or your reservation will be canceled. The booking guest accepts responsibility for any damages or repairs, missing inventory, unreasonable housekeeping conditions, or violations of house rules. The balance of your security deposit will be refunded within 15 days, unless any outstanding issues remain.

Additional Rules:
• Hot Tub requires ability to start and maintain a fire
• Hot Tub wood stove must be under 3 inches of water at all times
• Guests are never to drain the Hot Tub.
• Fire wood is supplied for the Hot Tub only.
• No commercial meetings including luncheons, banquets, parties, weddings, meetings, charitable fund raising, commercial or advertising activities, or other gatherings allowed.
• Quiet hours from 9pm to 8am
• Photo ID is required form the primary renter for security and liability reasons. Must be sent within 24 Hours of booking or reservation will be canceled.
• Dogs required to be leashed at all times outside
• All pet waist must be disposed of in the trash - $100 pet waist clean up fee
• No unapproved overnight guests or visitors
• Smoking, including vaping, only permitted in designated smoking area.
• Our neighborhood is quiet and there are lot of children. Please be respectful and keep noise to a minimum.

Additional Fees:
• Unapproved guests: $100 per person per day
• Unapproved animals: $100 per animal per day
• Smoking or vaping on the property outside of the designated smoking area: $1,000
• Tampering with outdoor recording devices: $500 per device
• Unexpected late checkout: $50 + $30 per half hour

Booking guest must be at least 25 years old
Guests are required to sign a rental agreement
No Fires in the House. The indoor wood stove is inoperable.
